Watauga Opportunities’ Medicaid Waiver Community Alternatives Program (CAP) is endorsed to serve CAP consumers one-on-one in the following services:  Day Supports, Supported Employment, and Residential Support Services.

The CAP program is used to support consumers served in the Adult Developmental Vocational Program (ADVP), Supported Employment, Follow Along, and Residential services.
