Thermoforming
We have specialized in plastic thermoforming for more than 25 years. Be it shipping trays, blisters for packaging or custom plastic products, we can meet the need with a wide variety of thermoforming machines. We are capable of producing products up to 26" x 20" in size with a thickness of 10-70 mil. All manufacturing material is environmentally safe and recycled.
We currently produce:
- Custom Trays: art pallets, airline trays, shipping trays, and medical vile trays.
- Specialty Plastics: antistatic, fire-retardant, and FDA-approved PETGs and styrenes.
- Stock and Custom Blisters: various shapes and sizes of blisters and clamshells.
- Customized Products: you need it, we make it in thermoformed plastics.
Thermoformed trays are produced for shipping capacitors. With our on-site mold and die capabilities, we can manufacture a variety of customized products to meet the customer's needs.
Surgical basins are thermoformed in an FDA-approved, dust-free environment.
Blisters, clamshells, and custom trays are produced in a wide assortment. Our packaging and subassembly department can also prepare the product for distribution.
Packaging and Subassembly
Our employees serve as a flexible labor force. Whether it's packaging or subassembly work, we can provide a wide variety of services, including:
- Blister packagin
- Skin packaging
- Polybag packaging
- Clamshell packaging
- Heat sealing
- Shrink wrapping
- Cutting chipboard, plastic, and rubber.
Blister packaging is cost-effective with numerous automated blister-packing machines. We will produce stock or custom blisters to fit the customer's particular product.
Skin packaging equipment is used to package saw blades. We have the capability to meet all of the customer's product display needs.
Polybags are heat-sealed and product labels applied. Polybag packaging is available for a wide variety of items from furniture hardware to sewing notions.
Rework Services
When the customer has a product that must be repackaged, reworked, or reassembled, our rework department is available to meet that need. Some of our rework services include:

Cost-Effective Pricing
Warehousing
We can manufacture, assemble, and package goods and then store them in our warehouse for just-in-time delivery. We can drop-ship products for the customer via UPS or FedEx, or we can ship them directly to the customer.
